Meet Our Team
Russel
Before joining Alito Financial Advisers, Russel managed his own Financial Planning practice. He has over 20 years of financial planning experience with both Australian and international qualifications, including the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (ADip FS). He also holds a Master's Degree in Psychology. Russel has experience in all aspects of financial advice, including wealth creation, wealth protection, tax minimisation and retirement planning. He prides himself on attention to detail and is focussed on delivering an exceptional client experience. Russel’s aim is to build long-term partnerships with his clients and assist them in building, protecting and managing their wealth and lifestyle. Attention to detail is an offshoot of his analytical nature, which is important in the provision of quality financial planning advice.

Jenny
Jenny is Alito’s Financial Planning Assistant and has been supporting financial planners for the past decade. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a background and passion for banking and the broader financial industry. Prior to her roles at MLC and People’s Choice, Jenny worked at one of Singapore’s largest banks DBS. Jenny is highly motivated, detail oriented, analytical, and possesses strong organisational skills with a talent for analysing problems. As our front-line team member, Jenny is our dependable and flexible customer service representative.”
Laurie
Laurie is a human and business performance specialist. His early focus was on business transformation and has a history of elevating business performance by reducing costs and improving output quality and client relationships. Laurie developed an approach he applied successfully in his business consultancy, with results his clients described as lasting and previously thought of as unachievable. Laurie leads personal performance optimisation and relationship transformation programs for individuals and groups. He coaches individuals of all levels, including senior executives. He is passionate about relationships and assists couples elevate their experience and satisfaction. He also helps others with the difficult task of ending relationships honourably, leaving both parties empowered. Laurie is Alito’s practise manager and provides Alito’s Business Support and Personal and Relationship Support Services.
